ATLANTIC-ACM Honors Level 3 with Carrier Excellence Data Value Award
Last Wednesday (on January 18, 2012), Level 3 Communications, one of the leading providers of networking solutions and Content Delivery Network services, announced that the ATLANTIC -ACM had selected it as one among the two winners of the Carrier Excellence Data Value Award based on its 2012 Global Wholesale Report Card.
The Global Wholesale Report Card covers more than 10 thousand global customers and customer feedback and user surveys were done during the October-December timeframe. Various aspects that were considered for computing the scores included International Ethernet and Legacy Dedicated Internet Access, IP WAN solutions and various transport services of both high and low capacity along with network connectivity and reach. It is based on averages of all these scores that Level 3 delivered well and hence was awarded with the excellence award.
At its end, Level 3 mentioned that it was honored to be awarded the prestigious title from ATLANTIC-ACM and that the award proved that its efforts in providing high quality and differentiated services to the global wholesale market was bearing good fruits.
