iStreamLive Joins Wowza Media Systems’ Streaming Partners List

This Tuesday (on May 22, 2012), Wowza Media Systems, the leading provider of the “Any Screen Done Right” streaming server software solution, announced that iStreamLive, one of the leading online video distribution network providers, had become a Wowza Streaming Partner due to its providing high levels of deployment, expertise and customer satisfaction with Wowza-based products.

iStreamLive mentioned that with the online video streaming industry taking up, it had built its iConnect solution as a wrapper, which leverages the Company’s infrastructure and Wowza Media Server solution’s stable software to provide an extremely scalable and competitive solution to the video streaming market. While iStreamLive is currently developing its web-based management console for automated provisioning system and database management, it already allows customers to leverage Wowza Media Server 3’s transcoding component and multi-protocol, multi-screen support.

At its end, Wowza Media Systems mentioned that it was happy to allow Companies like iStreamLive build solutions like iConnect on top of its Media Server software and was happy to recognize iStreamLive as a Streaming Partner.
