Internap mentioned that the PCI DSS v3.1 required various stringent compliance criteria to be followed which included a SOC 2 compliant physical data center with security controls, proper management of all administrative accounts, proper security through deployment and management of firewalls, antivirus and network routers, as well as timely backup and recovery support based on certain rules.
